I started out building websites and running marketing for home services and niches most agencies wouldn't touch. It turned into something bigger than I expected.

Today I run Bulldog Marketing Group, a marketing and development agency serving local service businesses across pool care, leak detection, plumbing, and adjacent home service trades. We handle the full stack: local SEO and content, web development on Astro, Sanity, and Webflow, Google and Meta ads, and GoHighLevel CRM and automation. I founded Bulldog inside LeakTronics, where I served as Marketing Director and ran SEO and CRO for a roster of around 30 clients a month.

In 2026 I stepped into the CTO seat at both LeakTronics and its sister company Level Up Leak Detection, a multi-territory pool leak detection franchise operating across markets including Austin, Tampa, Atlanta, and Columbus. That means I now sit on both sides of the table: running an agency that markets local service businesses, while also leading technology for an equipment manufacturer and a growing service franchise. The dual perspective shapes how I work, I'm not just optimizing for clicks, I'm thinking about how leads turn into booked jobs, how techs get dispatched, how franchisees actually use the tools, and how operators run real P&Ls.

A lot of what keeps me sharp is hands-on time with AI. I'm constantly building, testing, and breaking things, wiring up agents to handle parts of my own workload, experimenting with new models and tooling as they ship, and figuring out where AI genuinely changes the math for a local service business versus where it's just hype. It's part curiosity, part professional necessity: this stuff is moving fast, and the only way to know what's real is to actually use it.

Outside of client work, I'm building DateMore (a couples' dating app) and MapRank (a heat map rank tracking tool for local SEO). I'm based in Los Angeles with my poodle, a soft spot for the Dodgers, and an unreasonable amount of patience for Manchester United.
